South Sacramento Tackle Football & Cheer
Sacramento Raiders Youth Football & Cheer is a non-profit member of the NorCal Youth Football and Cheer Conference under the American Youth Football umbrella. The Raiders practice at Nicholas Park off 47th Avenue east of Hwy 99, fielding over 200 kids each season.
Football Programs for Kids
The Raiders field age-banded tackle football and cheerleading squads across the youth age range. Programs include:
- Youth Tackle Football (Ages 5-14)
- Cheerleading squads
- AYF/NorCal league play
- Fall regular season plus playoffs

Experience
