Hands-On Cooking School in Downtown Boise
Season + Taste is a recreational cooking school in the Zion's Bank Building downtown, founded by Chef Christina Murray. Classes are fully hands-on across all skill levels, with a focus on technique and four-course meals students plate and eat together.
Kids, Teen & Family Classes
Age tiers run from 5-7 with an accompanying adult up to 8-17 standalone teen sessions. Programs include:
- Kids holiday and school-break camps
- After-school Create & Take program
- Family cooking classes
- Sushi, pasta, French pastry and bread intensives
- Themed decorating workshops (cupcakes, cookies)

- All ingredients and equipment in a teaching kitchen
- Knife-skills demo at the start of every class

- Chef-led instruction in small groups
Experience
Sessions run roughly 2 to 2.5 hours and end with the dish on the plate. Suits kids picking up first kitchen skills as well as teens building serious technique.
