YMCA Branch with a Dedicated Youth Cooking Program

The West Family YMCA on Discovery Way in Northwest Boise runs the Treasure Valley YMCA's Life Skills youth cooking curriculum out of its facility kitchen. It pairs the cooking sessions with the branch's broader after-school and camp slate.

Youth Cooking Classes

Monthly small-group sessions for youth focused on kitchen safety, food prep and confidence at the stove. Programs include:
