Cambridge Community Ice Rink
The Simoni Skating Rink is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts public ice skating facility in East Cambridge, overseen by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) and operated by FMC Ice Sports since 2005. The arena hosts public skating, hockey, and instructional programs across the school year.
Programs for Kids
The rink partners with Bay State Skating School and FMC's own programming for kid-focused tracks. Programs include:

Experience
First-time skaters spend early sessions on falling safely, marching, and basic glide before progressing into edges, stops, and turns. Hockey-track classes layer in stick-handling, passing, and shooting fundamentals. The Gore Street location is steps from the Lechmere green line and convenient to families across Cambridge and East Cambridge.
