Skatetown Ice Arena
About
Sacramento Metro's Lone Year-Round Twin-Sheet Hockey Hub
Skatetown Ice Arena on Orlando Avenue in Roseville is the only year-round full ice complex serving the Sacramento metro - the downtown Iceland rink has been closed for rebuild, and Folsom's Historic District ice runs only mid-November through mid-January. Two NHL-sized sheets sit under one roof along with locker rooms, party rooms, a pro shop, and a full-service café, making it the de-facto home for everything ice-related in greater Sacramento.

Experience
Because Skatetown is effectively Sacramento's only full ice option, the schedule is dense - public skate, lessons, and league games run in parallel on both sheets most evenings. Roseville location is reachable from Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, and Citrus Heights in 20-30 minutes.
