North Austin Optimist Club Flag Football

Town and Country Sports is a non-profit youth sports program in North Austin operated by the Town and Country Optimist Club. The flag football league runs alongside the club's other sports including soccer and basketball, with all activities held on the T&C campus on Meadowheath Drive.

Flag Football Program

Flag football for youth across multiple age groups. Programs include:
- Co-ed flag football leagues
- Camps and clinics during the off-season
- Multi-sport options (flag football, soccer, basketball)

What's Included

• Practice fields on the T&C campus
• Optimist Club community foundation
• Practice times Monday through Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm

The Optimist Club model emphasizes community and character alongside athletic development. Families from Anderson Mill, Jollyville, Northwest Austin, and surrounding neighborhoods build year-round relationships through the multi-sport campus.
