Downtown El Paso's Hands-On Cooking School
Texas Culinary Institute is El Paso's flagship recreational cooking school, running monthly adult classes and seasonal kids' camps out of its downtown teaching kitchen. Multi-cuisine curriculum covers Italian, Korean, French, Mexican, and bread/baking technique.
Kids Programs
Seasonal kids' tracks and camps. Programs include:
- Summer Kids Cooking Camp (ages 7-17, weekly Mon-Fri June-July, new dish daily)
- Kids Spring Break Camp (ages 8-15, spaghetti & meatballs, crepes, sushi)
- Single-session kids' classes during the year (entree + dessert in 3 hours)
- Class bundles ($350 for four)

Experience
Kids cook real menus across global cuisines in the downtown teaching kitchen alongside adult-class capacity. Three-hour classes hit entree + dessert in a single session; week-long summer camps build through five themed cuisines.
