- Requires prior boot camp attendance

Beginning Bakery (June 1-5, 8-12)
- Basic baking methods
- Pastry arts techniques
- Foundational baking science
Decorative Baking Skills (June 15-19)
- Cake and pastry decoration
- Fondant techniques
- Royal icing and buttercream application
International Desserts (June 22-26)
- Requires prior baking experience
- Desserts from multiple cultures
- Global pastry traditions
