Summer Boot Camps (June 2026)

Target Age: 12-17 years

Weekly Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Includes lunch and recipes

Beginning Culinary (June 1-5, 15-19)

  • Knife skills and food safety
  • Sanitation practices and proper order of operations
  • Basic cooking techniques foundation
  • Building culinary confidence

Intermediate Culinary (June 8-12, 22-26)

  • Requires prior boot camp attendance
  • Advanced knife skills
  • Sauce preparation techniques
  • Culinary skill progression

Beginning Bakery (June 1-5, 8-12)

  • Basic baking methods
  • Pastry arts techniques
  • Foundational baking science

Decorative Baking Skills (June 15-19)

  • Cake and pastry decoration
  • Fondant techniques
  • Royal icing and buttercream application

International Desserts (June 22-26)

  • Requires prior baking experience
  • Desserts from multiple cultures
  • Global pastry traditions
