Wah Lum Kung Fu of Knoxville on Carr Street is the local branch of the Wah Lum Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu system, teaching traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi with authentic weaponry instruction at advanced levels.

Experience
Wah Lum is one of the better-documented kung fu lineages in the US, tracing back to Grandmaster Chan Pui. Kids work through stances, basic kicks and hand techniques first, then progress into forms (tao lu), partner drills and eventually authentic weapons exposure (staff, broadsword) at higher sashes. Tai Chi crossover available for kids and parents who want a calmer track.
