Wing Chun Concepts Pelham runs traditional Ip Man-lineage Wing Chun Kung Fu out of the Gracie Barra Alabama facility on Commerce Court in Pelham. The shared venue gives the kung fu program access to two massive training areas, each with room for 60+ students plus dedicated mat space.

Experience
Wing Chun is a close-range Chinese martial art focused on economy of motion and centerline control rather than wide kicks or grappling. Kids learn basic stance, hand techniques and forms (Siu Lim Tao) first, then progress into partner-drill chi sao work and applied self-defense as they advance.
