Carmel Ice Skadium
About
Hamilton County's Two-Sheet Hockey Anchor
Carmel Ice Skadium has run as the dominant ice facility in the northern Indianapolis metro for decades. Two NHL-size sheets sit under one roof in the Old Town district of Carmel, making it the home rink of the Indianapolis Youth Hockey Association (IYHA) and a popular destination for public skate, figure skating, and adult leagues.

Year-round programs cover beginner skating through full-season house hockey. Programs include:
- Learn to Skate group lessons (all ages, first-timers through pre-freestyle)
- Learn to Play Hockey through IYHA
- Youth house and travel hockey divisions
- Figure skating private and group classes
- Hockey clinics and seasonal camps
What's Included

Experience
Carmel Skadium is the rink most northern-Indy families default to because of the schedule density - public skate, hockey practice, and figure skating run in parallel across the two sheets most nights. Drive time from Westfield, Noblesville, and Fishers stays under 20 minutes.
