CK Judo & Karate on Main Street in Alachua just north of Gainesville is the local USA Judo affiliated dojo, with dedicated kids judo classes for ages 5-7 and ages 8-12 plus karate instruction.

Age-tiered judo and karate curriculum for kids. Programs include:
- Kids Judo Ages 5-7 (Fridays 5:30-6:30pm)

Experience
Dedicated traditional Kodokan judo school is rare in the Gainesville metro - most judo elsewhere is rolled into BJJ schools. Age-split kids classes (5-7 vs 8-12) means each tier gets curriculum matched to developmental stage. Younger kids learn ukemi (falling) first, then basic throws; older kids drill technique, randori under supervision and optional shiai for kids who want to compete.
