Gainesville Dojo on NE 1st Boulevard has been offering instruction in boxing, kickboxing, USA Goju Karate and Kung Fu since 1985 - one of the longest-running multi-discipline schools in north Florida.

Experience

USA Goju is an American adaptation of Okinawan Goju-ryu with added Western boxing influences - blends well with the Chinese Kung Fu curriculum Gainesville Dojo also runs. 40-year operating history gives institutional teaching reputation. Younger kids work on basic stance and hand techniques through games; older kids progress through forms, partner drills and rank testing with optional boxing crossover.
