Evolution Dance Complex is a Wilmington studio that pairs ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and tap training with a dedicated musical theatre track for kids. Dancers combine technique from across the studio with acting work tied to specific Broadway shows.

Musical Theatre Classes

Musical theatre classes add an acting layer onto dance technique and explore choreography from a rotating set of Broadway musicals. Class options include:
- SWIFTIE Combo (combo with theatre styling)
- Broadway Bound
- Theatre 101

What's Included

• Three-unit studio space with multiple dance floors
• Cross-training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and tap as feeders for musical theatre
• Performance troupes (EDC Performance Troupe, Tiny Tot Company) for stage opportunities

Experience

The studio fits kids who want to learn the dance and acting sides of musical theatre in one place rather than splitting between a dance and a theatre school. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 3:00-9:00 PM.
