Hawaii's only professional non-profit theater for young audiences, founded 1955
Honolulu Theatre for Youth (HTY) has produced theater and drama education for kids since 1955 from its Tenney Theatre at St. Andrew's Cathedral on Queen Emma Square. HTY drama specialists run direct services through school residencies, weekend programs, and teen classes.
