Windsurf Bay Park
About
42-Acre Lake Ray Hubbard Shoreline Park
Windsurf Bay Park preserves 42 acres of Lake Ray Hubbard shoreline in south Garland - the city's primary waterfront recreation site. Pavilion, playground, sand volleyball, half-court basketball, and direct lake access.
What Kids Can Do
Lake Ray Hubbard is the main draw - 22,000 acres of fishing, boating, sailing, and windsurfing right at the park's edge. Small playground for younger kids. Sand volleyball and half-court basketball for older kids. Pavilion seats 25 for group gatherings. The shoreline lets kids splash and look for waterfowl - especially American white pelicans in winter [marked: park closed weekends and holidays - open Mon-Thu 6am-10pm, Fri 6am-noon only].
What's Included
