About
Skill Development Hockey Programs
Impact Hockey is a Twin Cities skill-development program built around small-group instruction at the Pagel Activity Center (PAC Rinks 1 & 2) in Minnetonka. The program focuses on player development from first-year mites up through bantam-age skaters.
Programs for Kids
Summer and seasonal camps are organized by USA Hockey age division. Programs include:
- Mite camps for kindergartners through 3rd graders (U6/U8 level)
- Squirt camps for 4th and 5th graders (Squirt 1 and Squirt 2)
- PeeWee camps for 6th and 7th graders (PeeWee 1 and PeeWee 2)
- Bantam-level training for older youth players
- Position-specific clinics and skill sessions across the calendar
What's Included
- Ice time at PAC Rinks 1 & 2
- Small-group instruction by division
- Coaching staff with hockey playing experience
- Drills built around stride, edges, puck control, and game-speed reads
Experience
Sessions are grouped tightly by grade so skaters work with peers of similar size and skill. Younger campers focus on fundamentals; older squirts and peewees work on game-speed skill execution, transition skating, and shooting mechanics. Drop-off model with locker-room access during program hours.
