Twin Cities Indoor Ice Rink in Downtown Minneapolis

Parade Ice Garden is a year-round indoor ice arena operated by the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board near Loring Park and the Walker Art Center. The rink hosts public skating, league hockey, figure skating, and instructional programs through SportQuest Skating Academy (SQSA Parade) and other community partners.

Programs for Kids

The arena offers structured kid-focused programs across the calendar. Programs include:
- Learn-to-Skate group classes for ages 3-5 (Tots) through teens
- Hockey Skills classes for ages 5-12 covering forward and backward skating, stopping, turning
- Advanced skating courses and freestyle progressions
- Summer skating camps
- Public skate sessions
- Practice ice for area teams and clubs
