The Kitchen by Cooking With Que is Detroit's demonstration kitchen and shared culinary space on Woodward Avenue, operating as a cafe by day and a teaching, event, and camp space by night and during summer.

Kids Programs

Three age-tracked five-day summer camp series:
- Younger Kids Culinary Summer Camp - from $299 (or $359 with personal knife kit)
- Kids Culinary Summer Camp - from $379 (or $569 with knife kit)
- Teens Culinary Summer Camp - from $379 (or $569 with knife kit)

Regular evening cooking classes also welcome all ages and run about 2 hours, starting at 6 PM unless otherwise noted.

• Optional personal knife kit add-on for kids and teen camps

Experience

One of the few Detroit-proper culinary spaces with dedicated kids and teen tracks. Younger Kids series introduces basics in a five-day arc; Kids and Teen tiers move into more involved technique work plus an optional knife kit to take home, which is a strong nudge toward continued home practice after camp ends.
